The tribe of Manasseh is linked with the month of Cheshvan. The color/stone for the month is Black/Black Onyx or Agate.

This is the eighth month and eight signifies new beginning and eternal revelation. This is also the month that the flood of Noah began on 17th and ended the following year on the 27th of this month. It was then after Noah’s sacrifice that God promised to never destroy the earth by water again and put the rainbow in the sky as a sign of that promise.
